Stargazing in Big Bend National Park was amazing. Big Bend is one of the darkest places in the lower 48, and the night sky is absolutely breathtaking. We camped in the Chisos Basin, surrounded by mountains. When the sun went down, the sky exploded with stars. We saw the Milky Way so clearly it looked like a cloud. We sat outside for hours, just staring up in wonder. It was a humbling reminder of how vast the universe is. A truly magical experience.
