Looked at a used Class A that was advertised at $89K. By the time we got through their ‘finance office,’ the price had magically become $97K with all their ‘required’ add-ons and fees. Extended warranty we didn’t want, paint protection we didn’t need, and a $1,200 ‘documentation fee’ that appeared out of nowhere. The salesman wouldn’t let us leave without signing something and kept us there for 6 hours. We finally walked out at 9 PM without buying anything.

Brought our motorhome in for a warranty claim on the slide mechanism. The work was done correctly and the problem was fixed, but communication was lacking. They had our RV for 2 weeks and I had to call them every few days for updates. Nobody called to let us know when parts arrived or when the work was completed. The final repair was done well and they honored the warranty without any hassles, which I appreciate. Just wish they’d keep customers informed better.

They damaged the exterior while it was in their possession and denied.

They did the work correctly once they had the parts, but we lost a month of camping time. Not totally their fault, but the communication could have been better.

The service manager, ‘Bob,’ is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. They refuse to stand by their work. This place is a classic example of everything wrong with the RV industry.
