Dealership Reviews
Big Jim's RV Emporium / High Pressure Sales and Hidden Fees Galore
Looked at a used Class A that was advertised at $89K. By the time we got through their ‘finance office,’ the price had magically become $97K with all their ‘required’ add-ons and fees. Extended warranty we didn’t want, paint protection we didn’t need, and a $1,200 ‘documentation fee’ that appeared out of nowhere. The salesman wouldn’t let us leave without signing something and kept us there for 6 hours. We finally walked out at 9 PM without buying anything.
Pacific Coast RV Center / Good Service but Communication Could Be Better
Brought our motorhome in for a warranty claim on the slide mechanism. The work was done correctly and the problem was fixed, but communication was lacking. They had our RV for 2 weeks and I had to call them every few days for updates. Nobody called to let us know when parts arrived or when the work was completed. The final repair was done well and they honored the warranty without any hassles, which I appreciate. Just wish they’d keep customers informed better.
Mountain View RV / Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish
Bought our first RV from Mountain View and couldn’t be happier. The sales team was knowledgeable without being pushy, and they took time to educate us about different models and features. The finance process was transparent with no surprise fees or add-ons. Best of all, they did a thorough pre-delivery inspection and walked us through every system in detail. Six months later, they still answer our newbie questions over the phone without trying to sell us.
Desert Sun RV Sales / Overpriced Service with Questionable Quality
Took our travel trailer in for what should have been simple brake adjustment. They quoted $200 for the work, which seemed high but we needed it done. When we picked it up, the bill was $450 because they ‘found other issues’ that they fixed without calling us first. The brakes still weren’;t working properly, so we had to take it to another shop who found they had installed the wrong brake controller settings. Ended up costing us another $150 to fix their mistake. Their labor rates are 30% higher than other shops in town and the quality doesn’t match the price.

Sunshine State RVs / Fair Trade-In and Easy Upgrade
We traded in our old Class C for a new fifth wheel. Sunshine State gave us a very fair price for our trade, sight unseen based on photos. The whole process was smooth, and they made the transition to our new rig seamless. Our salesman, Carlos, was a pro. Highly recommend them if you’;re looking to upgrade.
Camping World of Nowhere / High pressure sales and hidden fees
Felt like I was at a used car lot. The salesman didn’t know anything about the RVs and just kept pushing us to sign. The price they quoted magically went up by $5,000 when we got to financing because of ‘prep fees’ and a mandatory ‘protection package.’ We walked out. Do your homework before you go to these big box stores.
Sunshine RV World / Worst RV Buying Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs
Where do I even start? Bought a 2023 Forest River from these clowns and it’s been nothing but problems. The salesman promised everything would be perfect at delivery – it wasn’t. Missing safety chains, non-functioning slide, and a leak in the bathroom that they ‘didn’t notice.’; When I brought it back for warranty work, they kept it for 3 weeks and returned it with MORE problems than when I dropped it off. They damaged the exterior while it was in their possession and denied.
Blue Ridge RV / Good, but slow warranty process
Had several warranty issues on our new travel trailer. The service department at Blue Ridge was friendly and knowledgeable, but getting parts approved and shipped from the manufacturer took forever. They did the work correctly once they had the parts, but we lost a month of camping time. Not totally their fault, but the communication could have been better.
Shady Pines RV Sales / AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Total Nightmare.
Took our motorhome in for a simple roof leak repair. They had it for 6 weeks, charged us $4,000, and it still leaks! Plus, there’s now a mysterious new dent on the side, which they deny causing. The service manager, ‘Bob,’ is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. They refuse to stand by their work. This place is a classic example of everything wrong with the RV industry.
Miller's RV / Fair and Easy Trade-In Process
We traded in our old fifth wheel for a newer model at Miller’s. They gave us a very fair trade-in value and made the entire transaction easy. The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. A great experience overall.
Miller's RV / Great Selection and Fair Pricing
After shopping around at several dealerships, Miller’s RV had the best selection and most competitive prices. Our sales rep was honest about the pros and cons of different models and helped us make an informed decision. The financing process was smooth and they worked with us to get a great rate. Very satisfied with our new fifth wheel!
Honest Abe's RV Emporium / The Best Buying Experience Ever!
From the moment we walked in, the team at Honest Abe’s was fantastic. No pressure, transparent pricing, and they took the time to answer all our newbie questions. The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) was incredibly thorough, and they even let us stay overnight in their lot to get comfortable with the new rig. They’ve earned a customer for life.
Miller's RV / Best RV Buying Experience Ever!
The team at Miller’s RV was fantastic from start to finish. Our salesman, John, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. We got a great deal on our new travel trailer and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Miller's RV / Top-Notch Service Department
Had to bring our motorhome in for some routine maintenance and a small repair. The service department was professional, efficient, and transparent about costs. They did great work and got us back on the road quickly. Will definitely be back for any future service needs.
Miller's RV / Outstanding Customer Service - Just Bought Our Dream RV!
Just picked up our new Class A motorhome from Miller’s RV last week and couldn’t be happier! The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They took the time to walk us through every feature and made sure we were comfortable before we left. No pressure tactics, just genuine help. Already planning our first big trip!
Miller's RV / Quick and Professional Miller's RV Service
Brought our travel trailer in for some warranty work and general maintenance this month. The service department was fantastic – they got us scheduled quickly, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and had us back on the road in no time. Fair pricing and excellent workmanship. This is how RV service should be done!
Pacific Coast RV / Professional and Knowledgeable
These guys really know their stuff. Had a complex electrical issue that two other shops couldn’t figure out. Pacific Coast diagnosed and fixed it in one day. Price was fair and they explained everything they did. Only complaint is they’re always booked up, so plan ahead if you need service.

Save yourself the headache and drive to a different dealer, even if it’s 200 miles away. These guys are crooks.
Rocky Mountain RV / Disappointing Experience
Sales process was rushed and several issues weren’t disclosed. Had to go back multiple times for warranty work that should have been caught initially. The salesperson made promises about included accessories that never materialized. For the amount of money we spent, expected much better service and attention to detail.
