Driving our 30-foot motorhome to Alaska was the adventure of a lifetime. The scenery on the Alaska-Canada Highway is unreal – we saw grizzly bears, herds of bison, and glaciers that looked like rivers of ice. The roads were challenging, with frost heaves and long stretches of gravel, but every bump was worth it. We spent a month exploring, from the fjords of the Kenai Peninsula to the wilderness of Denali. The sense of accomplishment when we reached the ‘Welcome to Alaska’ sign was unforgettable.
